6. They were on sale, and I was running low.

I was going to say that it will take me a while to go through that many, but maybe not. I might pour a box (sorry) of beef broth into a crockpot, chop up three onions from a bag I already had and put them in the broth, and let that mix simmer all day. Chop up some cheddar cheese and put it on top, and I'll be having something nice this afternoon.

The snow is coming down in Alexandria now. And to think, I was walking around in the sunshine yesterday afternoon
