Florida
Related: About this forumI am begging my fellow Floridians, please do NOT trust the mail with your ballot...
It would not shock me if thousands of ballots either 1- never turn up or 2- get to the offices late and thereby do not count.
Please please please....vote in person if at all possible (health condition most important of course) or physically take your mail-in ballot to the county office.
If you do not know where your county elections office is, I will gladly help you find it.
Let's win this thing for Vice President Biden !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(37,468 posts)A HERETIC I AM
(24,588 posts)I am NOT going to allow only MAGAt's to be the ones voting on election day. Not in my precinct, anyway.
I am planning on getting up early and being there around 6 AM with a fully charged phone and a backup battery, just in case I have to wait a while.
This particular precinct never seems to have a lot of traffic, but I do have a feeling this election will make the 2008 Obama turnout look small in comparison.
So...I'll have a couple spare masks, a pocket sized bottle of sanitizer, something to sit on and a lot of patience.

(8,212 posts)I retired from the post office. I trust USPS. I am also tracking my ballot online (trust and verify). If there is a problem (which I doubt), I will have time to correct it.
