Planned Parenthood et al win a temporary injunction against Florida abortion ban because of a 1980 Florida law guaranteeing personal privacy. The Supreme Court ruling does not invalidate that state law.

basically said the Court overstepped in Roe and Casey, and the Court handing the issue back to the people and their elected representatives (which is gaslighting to me but whatever).

In Florida, you can't get more democratic than voting for a privacy amendment to the state constitution.
