Anyone know

why we're seeing lots of ads for home sales here in SW,Florida? They all offer to buy your house outright quickly. I'm fearing these realtors will create a very different market than we have now, namely more renters and less owner occupied communities. Hurricane has apparently brought them out big time.

We haven't been hit bad by a storm in years here and we see these ads every day. The oligarchs are out in full force to steal from the working class. They offer a fraction of the home cost to take advantage of desperate folks, they are a total scam. I get these calls and text messages pretty much every day and I'm not selling my house.
