5. If we had real justice in this country, and not that I approve of brutal prison conditions, but Scott should have

stood a good chance of having left prison in a box several years back. It would be a bonus that wealthy crooks would all of a sudden be in favor of prison reform along with deterring big-time fraud. But we can't get tough on crime at the top.
