It's really great that the governor's commercial supporting OSD

features black children when using the words failing schools and white children when discussing the schools that aren't failing. CAN HE BE ANY MORE OBVIOUS?!!!

The Opportunity School District proposal is nothing more than a money grab away from public schools. Didn't anybody learn anything when No Child Left Behind had to be overhauled?

guarantees that many people will vote without realizing what it means. That said, I know of no one, democrat or republican, who supports that asshattery.

As to your original point, of course black children represent the failing schools, and if Deal and his cronies have their way, they will make it a reality across GA. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't watch TV so I have no idea what ads are running.

Look at what happened there when the state took over from elected local officials. I couldn't wait to vote against this atrocity.

The irony of some of the groups who are opposing doing something to help these minority children is beyond my logic. If you want to advance the state of colored people, start with their children.
