I can't believe it. So disgusted with them. One of about ten newspapers across the country - and the town they cover is predominately liberal, a college town (UGA).
My Mom has been a subscriber to the ABH for over 50 years. I even delivered the ABH in our neighborhood for several years in the previous millennium.
So Tuesday, my wheelchair-bound Mom and I will visit their office, and she'll cancel that 50-something year-old subscription in person. I've got a feeling we won't be the only ones.

(15,805 posts)they are the worst sort of cowards. The press has a duty to the public to investigate and make unbiased reports to keep citizens informed. Trump is the same man today that he was the day Pussygate made breaking news. Trump's views have not changed and he hasn't been able to close the deal even given all the lopsided attacks that tried to eliminate Hillary, so why didn't that editor endorse him before now?
He has failed to do his job, he failed to separate facts from fiction, to weed out the conspiracies theories for honest reporting. Good for your mom for sticking to her guns. I hope she gives them an earful about their terrible choice of a lying, bigoted, misogynistic, racist, warmongering, fascist like Trump.

(133 posts)VERY conservative..... they basically ordered ALL the newspapers they own to endorse Trump, over (in some cases) VERY emphatic objection by the local editorial staff. Same thing happened in Jacksonville.
