An investigation into vandalism committed on a Confederate monument in the Screven Memorial Cemetery late Thursday in Sylvania continues as a reward has been offered.
The Sylvania Police Department, Screven County Sheriffs Department and Georgia Bureau of Investigation are investigating the vandalism of a statue of a soldier that was found broken off from its base and located Friday morning broken into multiple pieces laying on the ground.
