They have said they will spend $400 MILLION on 2018 midterms, so its a big pile of money and why every single race in this country must be contended so we can dilute their funds..We also know that money advantage does not win elections as the Connor Lamb win in PA. I do know they will throw a bunch of money to keep one of their favorites in Washington. Rep Rodney Davis Il-13 who has a real challenger in Betsy Dirksen Londrigan. Kochs are earmarking this race.
