Ethics waiver a question in $1.7M education contract

Any bets on how quickly another republican scumbag gets "cleared" of all charges?

A former top Indiana education official's role in the sale of $1.7 million worth of videoconferencing equipment to the state by Cisco Systems Inc., where he worked before and after holding that state position, has added to calls to strengthen Indiana's ethics laws amid a recent spate of boundary-pushing incidents.

quite a while. Whether they let him off because of that, I don't know.

In a state where most are Republicans, his party may not affect how people view him.

...sorry, I forget the guy's name...

...legislation that he helped steer knowing full well he had a personal, financial interest in that legislation....well, I think we all know where this particular case is headed.
