Perhaps I've missed something, but given our governor's iron fist policy regarding the voting rights of felons, how can this guy vote?

(1,728 posts)I haven't heard or read anything about an actual sentence. Quite the delay, but I suppose they're keeping him on a leash and feeding him in exchange for testimony against the other crooks.
Not sure what the letter of the law is, i.e., whether admission of guilt to a federal crime automatically confers felony status on him, or whether actual sentencing is required for such. Whatever the case, he's a conniving and deplorable POS.
