I wrote a letter for the Iowans for Public Education campaign "Vote NO on Vouchers!"

As the Iowa legislative session winds to a close, vouchers are still very much alive in the statehouse. We may see this legislation move forward as Senate Study Bill 3206 (Iowa Student Opportunity Act) or rolled into a spending or tax bill.

Today we ask you to use our quick e-mail tool to contact your legislators, expressing your opposition to diverting more public education dollars to private schools. You may use our prewritten letter, edit it, or craft one of your own.
