I think this tweet was sent after the town hall meeting in Pocahontas, Iowa, at which some 43 people were in attendance, and during which those enumerated issues were the ones most discussed. That's how I interpret this.
I initially thought that Grassley's tweet reflected senile randomness, but once one realizes that "Pocahontas" is a town in Iowa, the rest actually makes sense, as far as Twitter-speak goes.

He was almost 90 when he passed and a lot more coherent than Chuckles even if he couldn't hardly hear a damn thing.
