Campaign launches to support referendum question on Maine's November ballot
BREWER, Maine (WABI) - The Maine State Chamber of commerce joined several organizations in launching support of Question two.
An Act to Authorize a General Fund Bond Issue for Research and Development and Commercialization was passed with bipartisan support and signed by Governor Mills in 2017.
Community leaders gathered for a conference at Compotech in Brewer.
A company that developed due to support from that 2017 bond.
