as a birthday present for his FIFTH birthday! He shot his three-year old sister with it. The local sheriff had called it "a tragic accident".
I hope these kind of trials will serve as a wake-up call.

who would be possibly found guilty if this crime in the future. This is a huge precedent and could change a lot but only if those who buy guns and store them, as this so called family did, receive this information. Are gun owners even going to know about this? Unless this news is made public to the majority of Americans the problems will continue.
