First positive COVID-19 case confirmed in Luce County (Upper Michigan)
"LUCE COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) - The Luce, Mackinac, Alger, Schoolcraft (LMAS) District Health Department announced Luce County’s first positive case for COVID -19.
This is the first confirmed case in the four county district.
On Wednesday, March 25, LMAS District Health Department says it became aware of a positive COVID-19 case identified through Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Laboratory Testing.
The identified case is an adult man. LMAS District Health Department says it believes the risk to the general public is low at this time. This is all the information that will be released at this time about the man, the department says."
