Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer corrects 'The View' co-host Meghan McCain's "shame on you" tweet

On Easter Sunday, "The View" co-host Meghan McCain aimed a "shame on you" message on social media at Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Hours later, Whitmer replied and wished McCain a happy Easter.

It started Sunday morning when McCain posted a tweet addressing a claim that people in Michigan can't purchase baby car seats in stores under the state's stay-home, stay-safe order.

"Guess it’s good I don’t live in Michigan — otherwise how would I transport my child home from the hospital @GovWhitmer? Are you going to ban cribs next? Being pregnant during this time is insanely stressful — we are all doing our best. Shame on you for doing this @GovWhitmer," wrote the daytime talk show star, who announced in late March that she and her husband are expected their first child.

Is that what we’re seeing here, a fabrication?

Remind me again why we allow billionaires - especially whole families full of billionaires.

Fuck these people.

She issued a new order last Thursday stating that particular items could no longer be sold and stores must stop shoppers from going down those aisles.

Stores are scrambling to figure out how to comply since they are threatened with legal issues if they don't. If a store for example, has mixed aisles containing both prohibited and allowed items, they have to figure out how to separate them. Things that just got prohibited are carpeting, flooring, furniture, garden centers, plant nurseries or paint.

Since store managers are not only stressed out trying to keep employees and shoppers safe, they are now scared that they will be arrested for a violation, I'm not surprised that a particular store made a mistake in labeling like this.

she seems like a conservative piece of work. Part of Gov Snyder’s administration, as in polluted water. Now running a dark money PAC trying to get rid of Elissa Slotkin and other Dems. And clearly a supporter of deceptive tweets as seen thru this one.
