Jill Biden to visit west Michigan on Tuesday
Jill Biden, the wife of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, will visit west Michigan on Tuesday, a little less than a week after her husband gave a speech in Warren.
Jill Biden is scheduled to go to Grand Rapids and Battle Creek during her visit to the state. According to the Biden campaign, she will start the day with a visit to the Kids' Food Basket, a food bank in Grand Rapids, beginning at 10:55 a.m.
She will be joined on the visit by Hillary Scholten, the Democratic nominee in the state's 3rd Congressional District.
Biden will then head to Battle Creek, where she and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer are set to hold discussions with military families. That event is expected to begin at 2 p.m.
