Related: About this forumI have a hearing set to discuss my supposed unemployment overpayment
It's set for next week via phone. They claim I owe almost $8,000. This has been dragging on since last August. Any advice?

However, from what I read, they' don't necessarily have a legal background. And I can have my daughter represent me.
