AG is thinking.. of whether to appeal the abortion decision

whether, as the AG he is expected to defend Minnesota laws including the ones restricting abortion that were found unconstitutional.

May not be duty bound.

On the other hand, it has been 50 years since Minnesota had an R AG...

He is thinking, has not made a decision yet.

If they were to be found unconstitutional, which they were, I wanted the defense to be rigorous.
