NN-SD06: Minnesota Senate District 6 special election information
As of 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27, six people had filed to run for the Minnesota Senate District 6 seat, which encompasses parts of Cass County, the northern two-thirds of Crow Wing County and parts of Itasca County:
Steve Cotariu, of Merrifield, Republican.
Doug Kern, of Brainerd, Republican.
John Howe, of Grand Rapids, Republican.
Keri Heintzeman, of Nisswa, Republican.
Jennifer Carnahan, of Nisswa, Republican.
Nicole (Nicky) Hardy of Pequot Lakes, DFL.
Filings opened Wednesday, March 26, and will close Tuesday, April 1.
