So, today was the last day to file an application?

Was pretty zooey at the SOS office - from reports.

Suggestion: next time set the state convention a week before the deadline.

Already five running for the AG, and several for Ellison's seat. If elected, I cannot see him being both a state AG and a vice chair of a political party but then..

He's a fantastic representative, but there is just no way he will win a statewide race. Trump almost carried MN - there is a LOT of anti-Muslim resentment that the Republicans are going to tap into.
