Julie Blaha question

Keith Ellison (D), MN AG-elect, won with 49% after being constantly smeared for supposedly trying to pull Karen Monahan out of bed.

Julie Blaha (D), MN Auditor-elect, also won with 49%.

I don't know much about her. Is there a reason she didn't win with a bigger percentage?

and to be honest with you I didn't pay a lot of attention to the auditor election (though I probably should have). Just voted straight DFL. I'm just relieved Ellison won; having that nutbag Wardlow as AG would have been a disaster.

That race just flew under the radar. She was niot well known and there were no scandals to propel that race into the media.
