Scroll down to the "Cases and deaths by state and county" table.
Sort it by the "per 100,000" column that follows the "cases in last 7 days" column
Minnesota is #23 on this list (slightly more cases per capita than the median state)
Here are our U.S. neighbors ranked according to daily new cases per 100,000 (7 day moving average)
#1 North Dakota, #2 South Dakota, #3 Wisconsin, #6 Iowa
Yes, these are their rankings out of all 50 states. Rough neighborhood.
It gives new meaning to the slogan,
"Stay Home, Minnesota"
I don't know the situation with our Canadian neighbors. Wouldn't be surprised if they were building a wall.

During and after the Labor Day weekend (9/5-9/7) we had a modest number of new cases and the averages fell. Also the number of tests was unusally low during that period.
Then in the last 4 days we've had both a big increase in tests and a big increase in cases -- 4 days in a row above 1,000 cases.
Positivity rates in Minnesota are at a low 3.9%
