Got this from my cousin - help a cat

KITTY NEEDS TRANSPORTATION FROM MISSISSIPPI TO TEXAS.
One of our cats is at a shelter in Gulf Port, Mississippi and we are looking for volunteer transporters to bring him to Houston.

All of TLC's cat's are microchipped and registered to the charity. We do this as a precaution so if they do find themselves in a shelter that fur-baby will have the chance to come home to the sanctuary. The shelter in MS scanned her and gave TLC a call to let us know that they had her. We need to bring our kitty home!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU.
Know someone traveling from Mississippi who could offer some assistance? Maybe you know someone traveling from Mississippi but, they are not coming directly to Houston. That could work, too. We can work out a transport route for connecting locations and meet up along the way if necessary.
Do you know of an organization that specializes or has a program specifically for this situation? Please pass on our request.

I've been involved in several cat handoffs around the midwest from my involvement in FELINE-L & the FUR--Feline Underground Railroad. I even flew an awesome cat to Oklahoma from Michigan where he lived an awesome life for over 15 years until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge last year.
