Tri-County Labor Club spreads holiday cheer to students' families at Dardenne Elementary
O’FALLON, MO – The Tri-County Labor Club recently donated $3,000 in gift cards and a truckload of food to Dardenne Elementary School, where more than half of the students qualify for the free or reduced breakfast and lunch program. The gift cards and canned foods, which will be given out to the students’ families, were collected at the club’s Dec. 7 holiday party. Club Treasurer Rob Dussold (left) presented the generous donation to Fort Zumwalt School Superintendent Dr. Bernard Dubray (second from left) and Dardenne Elementary Principal Jackie Hottleman (third from left) on Dec. 10 along with Club President Joe Muller, Club Executive Board Member Billy Doherty and Past Club President Steve Bailey. This is the sixth year the club has hosted the food drive for the school.
