Unless you go out and buy the livestock version from a farm supply store.
The law basically says that the pharmacist can't call up the doctor and say "are you crazy??"

As far as I am aware, it isnt illegal to lie to the doctor and say no, I dont own any, in order to keep ones gun ownership from prying eyes.
