On their way home from working out at a gym last May, Ana Suda and Martha Hernandez, both U.S. citizens, stopped by a local convenience store in Havre, Montana, to buy some milk and eggs.
A Border Patrol agent overheard the two friends speaking Spanish, and then demanded they show identification.

(767 posts)I pray the ladies win in court. Years ago my cousin was crossing the border with her 6' 2" white husband. The TSA turds wanted to stop my cousin because she was not white and 5' tall. My cousin demanded to see their supervisor and wanted to file charges, but her husband wanted to avoid attention. Those border guards abuse people and did not THINK someone would FIGHT them. I think when enough TSA people are charged for abuse on the job and sent to prion will the HERD become BETTER. Some people given a badge and a gun sometimes go NUTS.......Then a higher power like JUSTICE is required to set things STRAIGHT......
