I met some folks who have a political podcast that's new.
It's called, A Podcast Runs Through It.

They're based in Livingston and they are trying to interview all of the Democratic candidates in the state before the primaries. So far there are interviews with one of four Dem challengers to Sen Daines!! Some of our state candidates are in the list of interviews.
The DNC needs to throw some help over here so we can flip this seat. Montana is purple, we could make it pretty close to blue. And the Senate seat would be a big plus for what we need. We also have a good House candidate who could use some support.
Anyway, fellow Monatanans, this might be a good information source for us. There's one that covers one of Sen. Tester's recent Town Halls. Several local issues in Park County are also addressed.

(92,948 posts)I haven't remembered to listen to these yet but talking to a couple of the folks involved reminded me that I should and to share the link.
From what they tell me, they want to have an interview with all the candidates because how else will half the state hear about what they have to say?
Thanks for sharing that link.

(24,041 posts)I will tune in for sure. Montana is definitely purple. Daines is worthless at best and a dangerous doormat really better describe him. Gianforte is a thug and does not represent our values. Nope. Thanks for the recommendation.
Hey, and while were talking about it, there is another podcast that might be of interest to Montanans (possibly others)...I just came across it at the end of last year. Its called A New Angle...its hosted by U of M business professor Justin Angle. He talks all things Montana from business, growth in Mt, womens issues, education, music and arts. I think it is quite good.
