Two cluster mailboxes stolen

Went up to the cluster mail boxes at my residence here in Albuquerque, NM, to get my mail. There are about seven of them and mine was OK,
but I noticed two cluster boxes, each containing 20 mailboxes, an "outgoing" mailbox, and a couple package boxes were missing.

The screws and nuts were on the ground, making me think it wasn't the post office.
I went into the apartment complex office and the manager didn't have a clue (in more ways than one).
She said if it concerns me so much, I should call someone.

I phoned the P.O. for this zip code and they were unaware of any maintenance taking them, and suspect theft.
In the past year we've had several shootings, a couple stabbings, car thefts & break-ins, and at least four mail thefts at this site.

I did not report it to the police as when the first mail theft happened last December the cops just told me to call the P.O.

I just renewed my 12 month lease.
