(NM) Unmasked candidate says government can't tell her what to do

Santa Fe police officers on Friday issued a citation to Republican congressional candidate Alexis Martinez Johnson, who refused to wear a mask while campaigning on the Plaza.

“It is not the government’s right to tell me I have to put something on my body,” Johnson said while waiting for the ticket. “I believe in personal choice and personal responsibility. No edicts.”

She mentioned the U.S. Constitution as her shield from government orders. What part was she referencing? “I don’t see it in there where it says I have to wear a mask,” she replied.

The officers left but Johnson remained on the Plaza, unbowed and her face still uncovered. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Municipal Court on July 29.

Since God will punish the ENTIRE country for the termination of those fetus-souls, not giving them a full opportunity to be judged and possibly sent to eternal Hell.

The coronavirus? I have Jesus blood for that!

<---- To the extreme!

There are several evangelicals who actually think God will punish all Americans for abortions. Another example of the dangers of superstitious thinking!

The constitution also does not say "all must wear clothes", yet pubic nudity is illegal almost everywhere in this country.

The constitution gives congress the power to make laws. They are not in the constitution but must still be followed. Likewise, it charges the governement to provide for the wellfare of its citizens, allowing them to take measure that are related to protecting the health of the citizens.

IIRC, no one could wear any clothes because of the parasi tu ic alien that would fasten on to an individual and steal that oerson's knowledge. And use them in the conquest of the human population,
