quarantined in SUNY dorms in western NY. 300 from Italy, Japan, and Iran. Good that they will be quarantined for 2 weeks, but how many people will they be in contact with on the way there and on arrival? How well will the "lockdown" quarantine be enforced? I can understand bringing them home and I hope they are ok, for their sakes.

But I also hope they understand their responsibility to others to maintain the quarantine.
