Four Cleveland nurses accused of stealing drugs from Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth hospitals
CLEVELAND, Ohio — Four Northeast Ohio nurses are accused of stealing prescription drugs from three Cleveland hospitals.
The nurses falsified hospital paperwork in order to make it seem they were giving the drugs to patients, court records say.
Each is charged with felony theft, deception to obtain prescription medication and drug possession. They were charged Wednesday following investigations by the Ohio Nursing Board.
Their arraignments are scheduled for next week.
