Michigan man who allegedly claimed to have bomb at Perry Nuclear Power plant has case bound over to grand jury
A Michigan man who allegedly claimed he had a bomb at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant site is having his case bound over to the Lake County grand jury, who will determine what charges to bring against him.
Michael Fogelsong, 33, of Adrian, Mich. appeared in Painesville Municipal Court for a probable cause hearing, which he waived.
At Fogelsongs arraignment hearing on April 9, acting judge Michael Cicconetti set a $100,000 bond with a 10 percent option, despite the fact Fogelsong was only charged with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
I dont care if its a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, as far as Im concerned you put this whole damn county and everybody in a panic, Cicconetti said.
