Ohio Governor Mike DeWine wants to take $500 million of Federal money over the

next two years and give it to 32 Appalachian counties. Is this $500 million in Federal money that DeWine is
taking credit for come from the infrastructure plan most Republicans voted against?

No doubt and those south and eastern Ohio rural red voters will vote against the people (the Ds)
that got 'em the money.
