Gov. Fallin's top attorney has resigned

OKLAHOMA CITY — Gov. Mary Fallin’s top legal adviser is resigning.

Jennifer E. Chance is leaving March 23, five months after becoming general counsel. She has worked for Fallin since 2013, at first as deputy general counsel.
