It failed. A recount in our state is very easy and clean boomer55 Nov 2014 #4
I've been told that it still could fail, but that the final margin will likely be less than 1k votes cascadiance Nov 2014 #5

This isn't one of those backwards states with electronic voting where ballots are continually found.

Sad to say it but were too clean for a recount to change anything. Unless you have evidence if past recounts showing any difference here.

Which would make for a recount. For those of you who really want to help, stand by to be ready to volunteer to be an observer in your community for the recount too. Want to make sure what happened in Clackamas last election doesn't happen here and to eliminate any chance of it.

Also, if you didn't sign your ballot or something just as obvious you should have been notified last week that this happened. If you weren't and you can validate that your ballot wasn't counted here, I would contact the yes on GMO campaign where perhaps there are others with ballots not counted that weren't notified properly too...

https://secure.sos.state.or.us/orestar/vr/showVoterSearch.do

Here's a way to also check to see if you were on the notification list and should have been notified that your ballot was challenged for whatever reason.

Hopefully, there might be enough like you that feel like their ballots weren't counted properly and weren't adequately notified of such issues, that we can have some legal basis for getting those votes to count too. I don't speak officially for the yes on GMO campaign here, but I think we all feel like we want this to pass too.

i gather late reporting from Multnomah county is what caused the initial call against M92 in the first place. if there's still 4k of Multnomah votes sitting out there uncounted, the measure could pass - barely.
