Guess what the most recent accomplishment the Republican Party of Oregon can point to is?

From their website:
Here in Oregon, Republican Governor Tom McCall in 1967 signed House Bill 1601 into law, which guaranteed that Oregon’s beaches would remain public and accessible to all people. McCall’s other environmental achievements included Oregon’s “Bottle Bill’, the cleanup of the Willamette River, and land-use legislation.

Their last big accomplishments happened when I was a college student! And McCall wouldn't last a split second in today's GOP.

I'm going to be watching the Oregon GOP website for changes under the new national fascist leadership.

Republicans were suspicious of him when he was governor but held their tongues because he was extremely popular. One of my college professors served as his "special ombudsman."
