Have you seen this Portland, Oregon, dog?
We're offering up to $5,000 as a reward for information leading to the location and safe recovery of this animal, who was abused before disappearing.
This dog is surely frightened and traumatized and may be seriously injured or confined without food or water.
We don't currently know the age, name, or sex of the dog, who apparently is a black, medium-sized shorthair breed.
They were last seen in the 500 block of N.E. Holladay Street on August 2 but may be far away from this area now.
Please, if you have any information, come forward immediately so that this dog can get the care he or she urgently needs.
