On-time first-class mail delivery 10/27 in:
- Philadelphia, 43.0%
- Detroit, 52.6%
- Northern Ohio, 56.0%
- Lakeland (Wisconsin), 60.7%
- South Florida, 62.9%

Ballot mail 10/27:
- Inbound, 95.1%
- Outbound, 89.0%
