(PA) Megan's Law offender arrested in Kiski Township for exposing himself to 13-year-old girl
A Kiski Township man who is on parole for sexually assaulting a minor has been arrested on charges he exposed himself to a teenage girl, police said. Township police investigating a complaint from a resident along Sugar Hollow Road on Thursday accused Wayne Danjou, 76, of committing lewd acts to himself in view of a 13-year-old female, according to a news release.
Danjou, who is on parole for sexually assaulting two girls and is a lifetime Megans Law offender, was charged with corruption of a minor, open lewdness, indecent exposure and harassment. He is the Armstrong County Jail. As of 5:30 a.m. Friday, police had not yet filed the charges against Danjou.
Danjou pleaded guilty in 2005 to having inappropriate contact with two girls, ages 9 and 12, on several occasions between April 2003 and August 2004, according to court records. Danjou was accused of paying Wanda Lee Nutall of Kittanning to have sex before approaching her about having sex with the girls.
Nuttall pleaded guilty in 2005 to endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors, according to court records.
