At bus stop I said I'm voting for the nice Jewish boy for governor

Standing with my guys at the bus stop ,parents were talking about how they support Colonel Kurtz mastriano.

Reason is he walks with the lord I brought up his comments on no practicing Jews in his christofascist organization. I mentioned you all do understand that Jesus was Jewish one son said out loud there you go Dad pointing out the obvious.

is does absolutely no good to debate with zombies. Duncan did what I do to them, I give them zingers just like Duncan did.

My 89 year old golfing buddy is a Magat, so I asked him if he was voting for the Muslim or the Harley rider. He used to ride a Harley.

He said, Fetterman, I can't vote for him because he is a Democrat.

They have zero logic, zero critical thinking.

Guy, that we grew up with, went ice fishing in a local lake. Fortunately, it was no longer much of a lake, silted in.

Anyways, he brings a saw and starts cutting a hole in the ice, in a circle, with himself in the middle.

Later on, he failed the Armed Forces Qualifying Test. If you have ever taken that test.....

The comment below about sawing off the limb they're sitting on is wholly appropriate - and I have nothing but snark for them.

They deserve to be mocked at every turn and I do my best to do it without losing what's left of my temper.

And she converted to Judaism 30 years ago. Her nuclear family is very orthodox. (Neither of them were raised orthodox, they converted.) I can't understand how any Jewish person can support such clearly antisemitic politicians. They live in their own little world.

11. Josh Shapiro is smart to avoid discussion of religion in his campaign

Really what does a person's religion have to do with running for Governor or any other office?

The only time Shapiro has mentioned religion was when he pointed out the antisemitism of Mastriano's campaign people, and some of his followers. There has been a sickening display of intolerance and hatred, but none of it has been on Shapiro's side. Mastriano is behaving like Chump's "idiot cousin" for all I can see.

Good for you for mentioning this!

12. To me when it matters is when it's fake. Because that's a lie and liars shouldn't be elected.

If someone is religious, fine. Then live by your own moral code and let other people live in peace as long as they aren't pushing their beliefs into your life.

But if someone is claiming to be religious to get political points, that's crap.

It's like claiming to have a military record and never having done the things claimed. It's a lie and it's disgraceful.

If someone is not religious and has a healthy moral code, that's fine too.

13. OK but maybe Mastriano is sincerely anti-Semitic

He wants his followers to think that, even if it isn't true. However it does seem to be true.

If Mastriano really is anti-Semitic, and a racist, and a sexist, then he should be disqualified from running for Governor of Pennsylvania. It means he hates over 50% of our population. It doesn't matter if he sincerely believes in his religion.

He hates us, we have no reason to vote for him, or even to like him.

15. Antisemitism is not a Religion. It is not a moral way of life that allows others to be.

And Christians typically don't hate the Jews, as has been mentioned, Jesus was a Jew.

Christians faith is in Jehovah, the God of the Jews.

His Antisemitism is not any form of true faith. It is him being a racist ass and trying to justify his behavior by hiding behind MAGA version of religion. Just like the Klan wore white sheets.

If the guy were truly living his faith, then he would "LOVE OTHERS AS JESUS LOVED US, even up to and including laying his life down for his fellow man."

Hating people is NOT the basis of Christianity.

If Mastriano thinks it is, he hasn't read the New Testament. AT ALL.

Being "sincere in your hate" isn't being true to the faith.

It's also said, "Hate the sin, love the sinner." And "Pray for your enemies."

SO if he were following the actual example and words of Christ, he wouldn't be putting his hate out on people.

That's his own f'd up chit.

And the Jewish community and Muslims had a peaceful beginning, were allies for a bit and then had many disagreements.

It seems it was awful.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad%27s_views_on_Jews

And maybe it still is.

Though Mohammad was impressed by the teachings of Jesus and some of that did get into their faith as well.

It seems the main issue is they were allies, but think that one tribe of the Jews went behind their back and negotiated with the Meccan leaders (against the Muslims) but historians are not certain if that was the case.

That particular tribe did get an arbitrator that beheaded most of the men and enslaved women and children....

So a lot of bad history there.
