Kyle Rittenhouse now says he's going to Blinn College, after Texas A&M said he's not a student

by Kate McGee, Texas Tribune

Days after he told a conservative podcast that he was going to Texas A&M University, Kyle Rittenhouse corrected himself on Twitter to say that he is planning to attend Blinn College, a two-year public college, this year.

His announcement comes one day after a Texas A&M spokesperson told The Texas Tribune on Sunday that Rittenhouse had not in fact been accepted at the Tier One research university for this summer or fall, despite his claims about his plans to attend.

“Unfortunately, the end of my high school career was robbed from me,” Rittenhouse wrote Monday afternoon on Twitter. “I didn’t have the time other students get to properly prepare for the future. I look forward to attending Blinn College District this year, a feeder school for Texas A&M. I’m excited to join Texas A&M in 2023!”

A Blinn College spokesperson said he has applied but has not enrolled for a current or upcoming term at Blinn, which is an open enrollment college, meaning all students are welcome.

I still don't think he will get accepted at A&M

My daughter's BF went to Blynn for awhile and transferred to A&M, however he certainly wasn't pond scum like Rittenhouse. Her BF was an above average HS student, A&M's admissions are strict. My daughter was at A&M on a scholarship. She graduated summa cum laude.

Things have changed.

My daughter was a National Hispanic Scholar.
Her boyfriend worked pretty hard at Blinn himself just to get into A&M

I doubt that Rittenhouse will make it that far.

And I'm all busted up about the end of his high school "career" being "robbed" from him. Cry me a river, asshole---crying in public is one of your less lethal abilities.

No, that was because YOU robbed 2 men of the rest of their lives, and another man of his health.

(Like he would have aced his SATs and advanced calculus in any case.)

this spoiled little brat ever stopped to think of what he robbed from those whose lives he took away.

He didn't have time to properly prepare for his future? At least you have one, and you really should not, at least not a free one. Your preparation should now be how to keep away from the big guys in prison who think you are a pretentions little creep and boy do you ever fit that description.

illegally bought an assault rifle, and joined fellow racists in an attempt to disrupt a BLM protest. He proceeded to murder two unarmed protestors, and severely injure a third. No robbery was involved.
