She should take a deduction for the fetus on her federal taxes. July minus 34 weeks puts the conception back in 2021.
A DFW woman was pulled over and ticketed for driving alone in the HOV lane. She's 34 weeks pregnant and tells the cop her unborn child counts as a passenger since Roe V. Wade was overturned. The state can't have it both ways, she argues.

Under Texas' new abortion law, does a fetus count as a second passenger in an HOV lane? A pregnant woman from Plano, Texas says she will make that

(14,438 posts)6. If life begins at conception, why don't my LEGAL documents say I'm at least 6 months older?
So, every, repeat every record has to be changed, a great deal of juvenile drinking and other convictions re-tried, and so on and so forth?

Some woman tried this excuse on the 405 Car Pool lane. The CHP officer who pulled her over advised her that if her interpretation was correct, he would have to cite her for two persons in the same seat and two persons sharing a seat belt, and the fine for that was higher than the fine for the car pool violation. I don't know if Texas and other states have similar laws, but it would not surprise me either way.
