He is going to win it in a landslide, I'm worried about the general election, this primary also has been the lowest turnout in a democratic primary in Virginia and he has the least bit of enthusiasm.

Has done the job before and did a good job. He deserves a second shot at the job. I voted for Sean Perryman for Lt Governor. He got me when he quit his job instead of representing Trump at the law firm he worked at. Also, he worked for Congressman on the Government Reform committee. That would give him a strong understanding of government function, although not VA State functions but he is clearly smart enough to learn them. Unfortunately he is currently running in last place.
