draft opinion from the Supreme Court was leaked, suggesting that the landmark abortion ruling of Roe v. Wade could be overturned. Chief Justice John Roberts has directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.
Overturning the ruling would revert final decisions on abortion access to state governments.
