Jan 30 (Reuters) - Washington lawyer and Republican operative Jack Burkman
is poised to lose his law license after pleading guilty to telecommunications fraud in Ohio.
The D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility said Tuesday that Burkman earlier this month consented to disbarment. It recommended the sanction to the D.C. Court of Appeals, which has final say on disciplinary measures.
Burkman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
