Tidewater folks

I am halfway through my stack of postcards going out voters in the 2nd Congressional District and just wondered what the race looked like?

Kiggans versus Cotter Smasal. Both are Navy veterans, looks to be very competitive.

I was stationed at Langley back in the day, always loved that region. A real swing region it seems.

2nd district was redrawn in 2021. It's still Virginia Beach, but now includes Most of the City of Chesapeake, Suffolk, the Eastern Shore of VA, and a portion of Isle of Wight County.

Kiggans will be hard to remove, but if we have the blue wave election that everyone is anticipating then it will be possible. Cotter Smasal hasn't been doing many TV ads vs. Kiggans that I have seen. Kiggans is a MAGA all the way, but plays it cool and doesn't make a great deal of noise about it. Cotter Smasal needs to tie the Orange Roid around her neck, but not seeing much of that.

Edit for spelling

Hoping, then, my postcards can help pull out the upset.

Sounds like a win here will be indicative of the major housecleaning many foresee.
