225p: Widespread storms moving into our western areas. Severe storm about to hit Leesburg where radar shows possibility of damaging winds. Seek shelter. Storms may approach Beltway around 315p or a little after.

Started around 9 and went on for hours. Lots of boom boom. Power went off but two of our clocks were FAST when they came back on.

the daily downpours in central Va but some of that excess H20
would be nice out here in NorCal during forest fire season.

There was a downpour at Airport Road but the storm had subsided by the time I got home. Lots of trees down south and west of town. More storms on the way.
