Charlottesville, Virginia says 60% of active voters have already voted.

YOUR PRECINCT ON ELECTON DAY WILL LIKELY HAVE MUCH SHORTER LINES AND SHORTER WAIT TIMES TO VOTE than EARLY VOTING in OUR OFFICE today and tomorrow! OVER 60% of Charlottesville Active registered voters will have cast ballots prior to Election DAY!

One week ago (Friday) at 3:30 pm it took 1 hour and fifteen minutes to vote

On Wednesday morning around 10 am I drove past the office and saw a line about 300 feet long with around 100 folks waiting. I was able to give a big and a to the lady handing out Webb flyers.
